This week's Tuesdays with Dorie recipe is a lovely, light, coconut bundt cake. We just had a slice and it was really happy-making cake. We are, however, fantasizing about drizzling a bit of Dorie's chocolate sauce over it and I just happen to have some in the fridge!

ReplyDeleteThis was a delicious cake, but most things are improved with chocolate. It you drizzle chocolate I would certainly have a scoop of vanilla ice cream too.

I had this with dark roasted coffee yesterday morning - bad pairing.
I had this with English Breakfast tea this afternoon - good pairing.
